Let's say you live in a NYC skyscraper, the fourth highest in the
city and it starts swaying, what do you do? You call the
front desk and they tell you not to worry, that it's just work
being done on the outside elevators. So "elevator
maintenance" would cause an entire skyscraper to sway? (Several
feet according to residents)
Why not, it's 2023, obviously anything can happen.
